We're back from St. George where we spent our spring break. The kids LOVED seeing Uncle Todd and playing with them. When we got there Todd took everyone to fly kites! It was fun and Kaylee's flew the best. The rest of the days there were filled with swimming, fiesta fun, playing with Gabby and Lily, eating at Pirate Island, Hiking (which Jack called "inventuring on the rocks") and riding Rhinos with TJ and Steph, Dusty got in 2 days of golf, I got in some shopping (woot!) and we were even able to go out as just the adults and have dinner! We also went to see "I Love You, Man" Which is totally HILARIOUS! It was a great trip! Poor Jacky flanked the beginning and end of our trips with visits to the hospital. On our way to St. George we stop in Salt Lake and stay at mom's then drive the rest of the way the next day, so the drive isn't so long for the kids (or mom and dad, for that matter). While we were at mom's the kids were outside playing and Jack was running through the garage and ran into mom's freezer. He ended up getting 3 stitches in almost the exact spot he had his last stitches! Then, when we were getting ready to leave from St. George Jack was in a panic and couldn't breathe, he was turning white around his lips so we rushed him to the ER where he had to get 2 breathing treatments for the croup! Poor little guy was so tired from fighting to breathe and not getting enough rest at night that he slept through the entire hospital visit. They even took his stitches out and he didn't stir or anything! He's a tough kid, though. That was pretty scary when he couldn't breathe. And he was scared. He kept reaching and pulling at my shirt and at Dusty trying to get us to make it so he could breathe. I'm so glad that it happened before we left and were still in St. George so we could go to the hospital. I can't imagine what would happen if we would have been on the road out in the middle of nowhere and his airway closed up like it did. But, we're home now and things are back to normal...... for now :)
Here's Jack on his way to get stitches. The injury looks small but it was really deep.
Kaylee and Todd flying kites
Olly didn't fly a kite, he just watched me make giant bubbles. Here he is handing them to me so I'll quit taking pictures.
Jack and daddy flying Jack's kite. This is after the stitches, but before the haircut lol

Kiddi Karts

The kiddie karts weren't fast enough so they HAD to ride the fast ones with daddy and Todd
Olly kept trying to escape through the gate while we waited for go kart rides to be over. He even tried to slide under! What a geek!
"Inventuring" on the rocks!
It's a good thing they caught this rock just in time. It almost rolled down the mountain!
Cheese! There were so many cool nooks and crannies for them to climb in and under and through!
Aw...swoon
